چکیده
Abstract This study investigated the distribution and genetic diversity of indigenous Bradyrhizobium spp. in Korean agricultural field. A total 254 strains were isolated from 97 soybean samples (9 cultivars) collected 14 regions. B . elkanii dominated southern regions, while diazoefficiens most central northern Through non-parametric multidimensional scaling (NMDS) analysis, we confirmed possibility that environmental factors such as annual average temperature cultivars might affect some The DNA fingerprint using repetitive sequences showed among different Clustering based on indicated grouped into clusters depending geographic location. suggests distribute differently according to geographical feature, high each strain attribute

Phylogenetic diversity and cross-inoculation of indigenous isolated Bradyrhizobium from nodules of peanut in Liaoning province of China
Arachis hypogaea. L is a legume of economic importance, which is nodulated by Bradyrhizobium, a slow-growing bacteria. However there is no well characterization of this rhizobia in many areas of China. In the present study, cross-inoculation experiments were performed in cowpea and soybean. The isolated bacteria strains were characterized physiologyically, biochemically and id...

In a survey of the biodiversity and biogeography of rhizobia associated with soybean (Glycine max L.) in different sites of the Northern (Huang-Huai-Hai) Plain of China, ten strains were defined as representing a novel genomic species in the genus of Bradyrhizobium. They were distinguished from defined species in restriction fragment length polymorphism (RFLP) analysis of the 16S rRNA gene and ...
متن کاملAscorbate peroxidase from soybean root nodules.
AP is involved in the destruction of harmful H202. In soybean (Glycine m a x [LI Merr.) root nodules, AP initiates a sequence of coupled redox reactions (ascorbate-GSH pathway) that results in peroxide scavenging (Dalton et al., 1986). The ascorbate-GSH pathway occurs in other plant tissues and has been extensively studied in chloroplasts where photoreducing conditions lead to the production of...
متن کاملGenetic diversity, symbiotic evolution, and proposed infection process of Bradyrhizobium strains isolated from root nodules of Aeschynomene americana L. in Thailand.
The diversity of bacteria nodulating Aeschynomene americana L. in Thailand was determined from phenotypic characteristics and multilocus sequence analysis of the 16S rRNA gene and 3 housekeeping genes (dnaK, recA, and glnB). The isolated strains were nonphotosynthetic bacteria and were assigned to the genus Bradyrhizobium, in which B. yuanmingense was the dominant species. Some of the other spe...

background and objectives: nitrogen fixation is a biological process, which provides atmospheric nitrogen in usable form for plants, and satisfies the plants n requirement and can replace chemical fertilizers in high proportion. on the other hand, calcareous and high ph soils have usually small amounts of nutrients in available forms and use of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria can increase ...
